To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your website content, knowledge base entries, and configuration. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide and that your website content does not violate the rights of third parties.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. You authorize us to exchange necessary data with these services to provide the requested functionality.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The AI assistant generates responses based on your knowledge base and website content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of your knowledge base. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will provide reasonable notice when possible. Support is available via email for all plans, with dedicated support for Enterprise customers as described on the Pricing page.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including providing appropriate privacy notices to your website visitors about the use of the AI chat widget.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by PromptMySite and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features. The embeddable widget code is licensed for use on your website solely in connection with your active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptMySite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your use case.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the management portal or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we cease offering the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
