How are commissions tracked?
Every referral is tracked automatically via your unique referral code. When a client signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, the commission appears in your dashboard immediately.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 15th of the following month via bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is CHF 50.
Can I switch from Referral to Partner?
Yes. If you start as a referral partner and want to upgrade to the partner tier, contact us. Your existing referred clients will be migrated to your partner account and you will start earning 20% on them.
What support do partners get?
All partners get access to the partner dashboard, marketing materials, and email support. Partner-tier members also get a dedicated partner contact and priority support.
