PromptMySite ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PromptMySite platform, including the website at promptmysite.com, the management portal at billing.promptmysite.com, and the embeddable AI chat widget (collectively, the "Service"). When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
When you connect a website to PromptMySite, we crawl your publicly accessible pages to build a knowledge base. This includes page content such as text, headings, pricing tables, FAQ sections, and navigation structure. You can review and edit all extracted content in the management portal.
We store conversations between your website visitors and the AI assistant to provide analytics, generate insights, and improve response quality. Conversations may include messages typed by visitors and AI-generated responses.
If you enable the booking feature, we integrate with Google Calendar to read and create calendar events on your behalf. This integration requires your explicit authorization through Google's OAuth consent flow. We access:

We collect usage metrics including message counts, session counts, visitor counts, and feature usage to provide your analytics dashboard and enforce plan limits.
If you use conversational forms, visitor responses are stored in your submissions inbox. This data is accessible only to workspace administrators.

The PromptMySite widget uses localStorage to maintain conversation state and prevent duplicate data collection. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on the widget. The management portal may use essential cookies for session management and authentication.
